PHPDA is honored to announce $4 million in funding through the Health Equity Fund to support community partners working to improve healthcare access and outcomes across King County.

For the 2026 Major Grant program, the Health Equity Fund introduced three new funding priorities:

Gender Affirming Care and/or HIV Prevention and Care for LGBTQIA2S+ Communities

Barrier Reducing Healthcare Delivery for Immigrant and Refugee Populations that is Responsive to Community Concerns

Access to Birth Control and Abortion Care

Our new grant partners are leading innovative, community-driven work across these priority areas. PHPDA is honored to support these organizations as we work together toward a healthier, more equitable King County.

The following organizations are among the Health Equity Fund’s 2026 Major Grant partners. They received awards ranging from $50,000 to $200,000 for projects beginning July 1, 2026.

In addition to these new grant programs, PHPDA renewed funding for 18 ongoing Major Grant projects.
