Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.phpda.org (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, defined herein, we receive from users of the Site.

If you provide the PHPDA with Personal Information, state law and federal law may protect it. However, all information is a public record once you provide it and may be subject to public inspection and copying pursuant to Washington State’s Public Records Act, Chapter 42.56 RCW, unless an exception to disclosure exists. At the same time, there are exceptions to the public’s right to access records that serve various needs, including protecting the privacy of individuals. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Notice and the Public Records Act or any other law governing PHPDA’s disclosure of records, the Public Records Act or other applicable law will control.
Users are cautioned that the collection of Personal Information volunteered by children will be treated the same as information given by an adult, and may be subject to public access.
